2. Accurate profile
Keep your services, rates, availability and experience truthful and current.
3. Verification
Submit genuine documents. A badge is shown only after approval.
4. Providing care
Care for pets as agreed, send agreed updates and report incidents promptly.
5. Fees and payouts
Platform fees are shown before you accept a job. Payouts become eligible after completion. [Fee schedule and payout timing to be inserted.]
6. Taxes and licences
You are responsible for any taxes and licences that apply to your services.
7. Off-platform dealings
Do not move bookings or payments off the platform to avoid fees.
